We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with these service providers so they can provide their services to us:

Advertising and measurement partners may also use this information under their own privacy policies. Some US state laws treat that as "sharing" for targeted advertising (section 7).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Game, in which case the buyer must honour this policy.

5. Tracking on iPhone

The Game asks your permission before it uses the advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", neither we nor our partners use the IDFA. You can change your choice at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Reward ads still appear when you ask for them; they are just not personalised.

6. Your choices

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. To use any of these rights, email support@steveueda.com. We will not treat you differently for using them.

California. In the past 12 months we collected the categories in section 2: identifiers, internet or other electronic activity (gameplay and ad interactions), commercial information (purchase records), approximate location, and inferences used for advertising. Sources: you and your device. Purposes: section 3. Recipients: section 4. We do not sell personal information for money. Our advertising and measurement partners may receive identifiers in a way California law treats as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out, choose "Ask App Not to Track" (section 5), or email us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

8. Access and deletion requests

Email support@steveueda.com and tell us what you would like. We reply within 30 days (45 days where California law allows). Because there is no account, the information we and our partners hold is linked to device identifiers, not to your name. We will delete everything we can identify as yours and ask our partners to do the same. Deleting the Game deletes everything stored on your device, including unused tokens, and this cannot be undone.

9. Children

The Game is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the Game, email support@steveueda.com and we will delete the information.
