Common questions

How do I play? Tap two matching tiles to clear them. You can pick a tile when nothing sits on top of it and its left or right side is open. Clear every pair to finish the board.

What are tokens? Tokens help when you are stuck. Spend one on a hint, an undo, or a shuffle. You can buy more in the game's shop.

Do tokens expire? No. Tokens you buy never expire.

I paid but did not get my tokens. Close the game completely and open it again; the purchase is usually delivered then. If it still has not arrived, email support@steveueda.com and include your App Store receipt (Apple emails it to you).

How do I get a refund? Purchases are processed by Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I got a new phone. Will my progress and tokens come with me? No. Progress and tokens are stored on the phone you play on and do not move to a new phone. Deleting the game also deletes them.

The text is too small, or the game moves too fast. Open Settings from the home screen. Text size can be set to Large or Extra large. Animations can be set to Normal, Slow or Off.

Is there a timer? No. Take as long as you like on every move.

Do I need the internet? You can play without a connection. Buying tokens and watching reward videos need one.

Why do I see ads? The game is free to play. Ads only play when you choose to watch one for a reward.

How do I ask for my data, or have it deleted? Email support@steveueda.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how we handle requests.
